Pets With Matted Coats

At Roxie Daizy Pet Salon, we know your dog is very uncomfortable if his or her coat is matted. Shaving your dog from head to toe is the best remedy. Please check out our contract below to allow us permission to perform this service. Call us seven days a week if you have any questions.

No Show and Late Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. A $15 fee will be added to your next appointment if not properly cancelled. Please also contact us if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late. We may need to reschedule your appointment or additional fees may apply.

Vaccination Requirements

All pets over 5 months old must be current on their rabies vaccine. Puppies need to be at least 10 days out from their second round of vaccines. It is strongly recommended that your pet be fully vaccinated.

Drop-0ff/Pick-up Times

We strive to ensure your pet is back home as soon as possible, Drop-off times are about 3-4 hours. If your furbaby needs a shorter appointment we offer express grooms. Please let us know at the time of booking. If for any reason your pet needs to stay for a longer duration just let us know at check-in.
